Poluição sonora de veículo automotor

Resumo

A poluição sonora está presente na vida de toda a humanidade. Ela está presente em vários lugares como, por exemplo: Nas ruas, no trabalho, na escola, em casa. E causa efeitos perigosos a nossa saúde como surdez, dor de cabeça, mal-estar, estress, insônia e entre outros. O problema afeta todos os centros urbanos merecendo assim uma atenção de todos. A poluição sonora é tratada sob o ponto de vista do Direito Ambiental e do Meio Ambiente, incluindo aí seu estudo como fonte poluidora, suas conseqüências à saúde pública e a proteção jurídica dos cidadãos.

ABSTRACT

The sonorous pollution is present in the life of all the humanity. It is present in some places as, for example: In the streets, the work, the school, house. And it cause dangerous effect our health as deafness, migraine, malaise, estress, sleeplessness and among others. The problem affects all the urban centers thus deserving an attention of all. The sonorous pollution is dealt with under the point of view to the Enviromental law and the Environment, having included there its study as polluting source, its consequences to the public health and the legal protection of the citizens.
